Q - If my company fills out credit application does that mean our organization will receive credit?
A - PC Guardian is willing to work with all possible resellers to come up with acceptable terms for purchasing our products. If a direct line of credit cannot be extended you are welcome to purchase using a credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX), or you can purchase from our distribution partner Ingram Micro.

Q - What are the standard terms of Credit with PC Guardian?
A - When approved PC Guardian has a standard of Net 30 for credit.

Q - If I need a market piece created but do not see it listed here how do I obtain one?

Q - If my customer requests specialty product like longer cables, thicker pad locks, can PC Guardian help me with this order?
A -In addition to offer many security solutions for computers and computer peripherals PC Guardian Anti-Theft Products, Inc. is a full custom design security solutions company. If your customer has a unique or special request please contact your PC Guardian Regional Sales Manager and we will gladly assist you with customization. Q - What is the standard turn around time on PC Guardian orders?
A - PC Guardian's standard turn around time on orders under 100 units is 5-7 business days. Larger orders may take longer. Rush orders may be possible depending on product, quantity, and expected delivery date with a premium charge.

Q - Does PC Guardian offer software security devices?
A - No. PC Guardian now offers physical security devices only.

Q - Can PC Guardian help me discuss security with my customers?
Yes, PC Guardian has a staff of highly trained computer security experts to help you determine what products best fits your clients' office configurations.

Additionally, PC Guardian's staff is available for conference calls with you and your client to make sure their security needs are being met.

Q - What are PC Guardian's hours of operation?
A - PC Guardian is located in California and has sales staff available from 5am-5pm PST.
