PC Guardian Anti-Theft Products, Inc. ("PC Guardian"), warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We will repair or replace any defective unit. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or damage from everyday wear and tear or from transportation by a common carrier. Under no condition is PC Guardian liable for:
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL PC GUARDIAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT, OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO PERFORM, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.
